Each appointment is for one child only. If multiple children require footwear fitting then you MUST book an appointment for each child requiring fitting.  

Your appointment time is allocated for 20 mins. We respectfully request you attend promptly.   

We know how busy family life can get, and appreciate that things can change unexpectedly. If you can no longer make your appointment do let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your appointment.
